The 2009 Car Complaint Index Is Out!

It’s one of our most popular on-line features and we are pleased to announce we have the 2009 list, courtesy of our good friends at Gillis Associates.  The 2009 Car Complaint Index provides consumers with the vehicles that receive the most projected complaints per sales, and the answers may surprise you.  It is reprinted from the 2009 Car Book with the permission of consumer advocate Jack Gillis and The Center for Auto Safety.
