Christina Gill Roseman, Managing Attorney of Kimmel & Silverman’s Western Pennsylvania Lemon Law office, was selected to speak on applicable rules and statutes surrounding Pennsylvania Lemon Law cases during the Allegheny County Compulsory Arbitration Seminar held recently in Pittsburgh.
During this conference, attorneys who are looking to serve as potential arbitrators are provided an overview of the process, arbitrators’ roles and responsibilities, ethical dilemmas that may arise during the process, and an overview of the most frequent types of cases heard during the arbitration process. Ms. Roseman was selected to speak based on her years of expertise in handling Lemon Law claims and her reputation within the Allegheny County legal community. She has successfully tried numerous cases against automobile manufacturers and dealers and currently serves as Co-President of the Women’s Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania. As a result of her efforts, she has been featured on numerous television newscasts and talk shows throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio.
This is not the first time Kimmel & Silverman attorneys have been invited to teach arbitrators about the fundamentals of Lemon Laws. Founding Partner Bob Silverman has worked with arbitrators throughout New Jersey, educating them on the NJ Lemon Law and the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.
