While many people know the Lemon Law exists, consumers still have questions about their rights and what they are entitled to receive.
The Pennsylvania Lemon Law provides completely free legal help to distressed drivers with defective vehicles. If your car has been out of service three or more times for the same problem, with the first occurrence happening in the first 12 months or 12, 000 miles; or your car has been in the shop 30 days in the first 12 months or 12,000 miles; you have a potential claim under the PA Lemon Law.
Potential remedies under the Pennsylvania Lemon Law could include a brand new car, a complete repurchase, or significant monetary compensation to reflect the diminished value of the car.
