Certain problems continue to plague drivers and result in numerous calls to the 1 800 LEMON LAW hotline, among them Hyundai Sonata steering concerns.

As you may have read in our blog, these problems have been causing Hyundai Sonata drivers to veer into other lanes for years.  While Hyundai said they addressed the problem by initiating a service campaign to install new suspension struts in affected vehicles, the Hyundai Sonata steering problem continues to plague many vehicles.

Earlier this year, CBS3 Consumer Reporter Jim Donovan investigated the issue and spoke with 1 800 LEMON LAW founding attorney Bob Silverman.  You can view the story by clicking here.

If you are having Hyundai Sonata steering problems, make sure you have the matter addressed by a Hyundai-authorized manufacturers dealership.  If necessary, take the service adviser for a test drive to illustrate the problem and make sure after each repair that you receive a repair invoice outlining the problem and what was done to address the problem.  If you are back to the dealer repeatedly for the Hyundai Sonata steering problem, you need to know your rights under State Lemon Laws and Federal Warranty Laws.  Click here to find a firm in your state that may be able to assist you with your matter.
