Tesla has recalled 11,000 Cyber Trucks in response to windshield wiper and trunk defects. The windshield wiper malfunction renders the truck entirely dysfunctional in wet weather, increasing the probability of crashes. In terms of the trunk, thousands of Cyberturcks have improperly applied trim which could come loose and fly off at any moment.
Safe to say, Tesla customers are furious about the numerous issues this month alone plaguing Cybertrucks.
This is not the first Cyber Truck recall, with one in April over sticky accelerator pedals which recalled all trucks sold that month.
If you find yourself in the same boat as thousands of Tesla consumers, don’t lose hope. If your Cybertruck has been out of service for a certain amount of time, or your truck has required repair multiple times, you may be able to receive a complete repurchase, replacement, or considerable compensation under State Lemon Law Statutes or Federal Warranty Laws.
If you think your Cybertruck may be a lemon, contact 1 800 LEMON LAW (1-800-536-6652), or fill out this form, and our team will evaluate your claim at no cost to you.
