10,000 Mazda CX-90s were recalled on account of a faulty driver’s assistance issue. According to the NHTSA, the smart brake system may mistakenly detect an object and brake suddenly while the car is in motion, which could increase the risk of rear-end accidents.

If your Mazda has been out of service for an extended amount of time for this issue, if you have attempted to get your drivers assistance system fixed many times to no avail, or if this malfunction violates your manufacturer’s warranty, you have the right to pursue legal action under  State Lemon Law Statutes or Federal Warranty Laws. Depending on which law used, you could potentially receive a complete repurchase of your CX-90, a brand-new replacement, or considerable compensation. Under fee-shifting provisions of these laws, this process would be 100% free.

Contact 1 800 LEMON LAW (1-800-536-6652) or fill out this form, and the 800 LEMON LAW team will happily discuss your situation and the best way to handle it.
